1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from Scorpius Gear (operated by Scorpius Alchemist LLC), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. When you place an order through our site, your submission is sent directly to our team for review and fulfillment. Accepted payment methods currently include Zelle, PayPal, and Venmo. Payment details are arranged directly between you and our team upon order confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders due to pricing errors, unavailable inventory, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Pricing & Taxes

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Sales tax of 6.3% is applied to orders shipped to Arizona addresses, as required by Arizona state law. Out-of-state customers are not charged sales tax.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination: $8 within Arizona, $11 anywhere else in the U.S., and $14 for international orders. Orders of $100 or more receive free shipping.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship from Arizona. Standard U.S. shipping typically arrives within 5–8 business days. International shipping rates are determined at the time of order. Scorpius Gear is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Scorpius Gear. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Custom and personalized jewelry pieces are not eligible for return unless there is a defect or error on our part.

To start a return or exchange, contact us at [email protected] with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

6. Custom & Handcrafted Jewelry

Our jewelry is handmade by Thomas “Scooter” Smith, co-owner of Scorpius Gear. Each piece is unique, and slight variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of the work. Custom engraving and commissions are available. Custom orders are final once production has begun, except in cases of defect or our error.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including the Scorpius logo, designs, product names, images, and copy — is the property of Scorpius Alchemist LLC and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

8. Product Accuracy

We do our best to display products accurately, including colors and details. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or device will display colors exactly as intended. Slight variations in handcrafted items are part of what makes each Scorpius piece unique.

9. Limitation of Liability

Scorpius Alchemist LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or site. Our total liability for any claim related to your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
