Products & Customization
Yes. All Scorpius jewelry is designed by co-founder Tom "Scooter" Smith with deep intentionality. From stone selection (turquoise, mother of pearl) to band engravings and two-tone finishes (silver + brass/gold), each piece carries personal meaning. No Scorpius piece is just decorative — every element tells a story.
Our jewelry is crafted in premium silver with select pieces available in two-tone silver and brass/gold. Stone options include turquoise and mother of pearl. Crystal and diamond-set border details are available on our fine jewelry tier pendants.
We offer a range of ring styles including:
- Wide band statement rings with scorpion logo centerpiece
- Signet-style rings with engraved text
- Men's and women's collections
- Two-tone silver + brass/gold options
- Stone variations: turquoise and mother of pearl
Our pendant collection includes:
- Classic Scorpius Medallion — Circular silver-on-black enamel pendant engraved with SCORPIUS · RESPECT · LOYALTY · STRENGTH
- Medallion with Stone Border — Features a decorative stone or crystal border detail
- Fine Jewelry Tier Pendant — Open-work scorpion centerpiece in a full crystal/diamond border with repeating scorpion logos engraved around the entire rim
All pendants are paired with premium dark gunmetal franco/curb chains.

We recommend visiting a local jeweler to measure your ring size before ordering. You can also reach out to our support team and we'll send you a printable ring sizer guide. If you're unsure between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for comfort.
Pricing
Scorpius Gear is positioned in the premium to super-premium category. Our pricing reflects the quality of materials, the craftsmanship behind each design, and the meaning built into every piece. You're not buying mass-produced merchandise — you're investing in something with intention.
Periodic promotions are announced through our official channels. Sign up for our email list or follow us on social media to be first to know about limited drops and exclusive offers. We do not discount our fine jewelry tier.
For bulk orders, brand collaborations, or wholesale inquiries, please contact us directly. We work with select partners who align with the Scorpius Gear brand ethos.
Shipping
We ship throughout the United States at a flat rate of $7.95. Orders over $100 ship free. For international orders, shipping rates are determined by the carrier rate at the time of order — contact us before placing an international order and we will provide an accurate quote.

Sales tax is collected for orders shipping to Arizona addresses only, as required by Arizona state law. Customers outside of Arizona are not charged sales tax.
- Standard U.S. Shipping: 5–8 business days
Custom and made-to-order jewelry may require additional production time before shipping. Estimated timelines will be communicated at the time of order.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after you receive the notification.
All jewelry orders are shipped with insurance and signature confirmation required. Apparel orders include standard shipping insurance.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Scorpius Gear. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Custom and personalized jewelry pieces are not eligible for return unless there is a defect or error on our part. Please double-check all customization details before submitting your order.
To start a return or exchange, contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for defective or incorrect items. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
If you received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us immediately with a photo of the item and your order number. We will resolve the issue at no cost to you — including a free replacement or full refund.
Product Care
To keep your pieces looking their best:
- Store silver jewelry in an anti-tarnish pouch or cloth when not in use
- Avoid contact with harsh chemicals, perfumes, and lotions
- Clean with a soft silver polishing cloth
- Remove before swimming, bathing, or heavy physical activity
- For stone-set pieces, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight
- Machine wash cold with like colors
- Do not bleach
- Tumble dry low or hang dry to preserve print quality and fabric integrity
- Do not iron directly over printed graphics
